Ma'agalim- Empowering Future Israeli Leaders

Following the atrocities of October 7th, Ma’agalim has emerged to be one of the more prominent and significant organizations in its influence on the current war.

More than 7,000 regular and reserve soldiers are now part of the IDF due to Ma'agalim, an organization which has been assisting the broken side of Israeli society for over two decades, providing the largest mentoring program in the high schools in Israel.

At Ma'agalim we believe that our youth is an imperative part of our national treasure, and are crucial partners in developing a thriving, successful society.

Objectives

Ma'agalim is primarily focused on increasing motivation to serve in the IDF and as part of the dedicated National Service programs, and providing at-risk youth with invaluable, useful life skills.

Milestones

Ma'agalim programs are centered around 4 major milestones, designed to enhance the process and ensure all personal and group objectives are met, in complete collaboration with school staff.

At Ma'agalim we believe in changing the youth's mantra – from a belief system that says 'I can't succeed', to an ingrained belief that 'I WILL Excel'.

About Maagalim

Ma'agalim is a national-educational organization working primarily with at-risk youth in Israel's social periphery.

We believe that the teenage years are the most crucial in formulating a wholesome, positive outlook on life. The events and encounters teens experience during this time will affect their future decisions, actions and eventually life choices, and we're here to ensure it is constructive and productive.
