Milestones

Ma'agalim programs are centered around 4 major milestones, designed to enhance the process and ensure all personal and group objectives are met, in complete collaboration with school staff.

1. Personal Mentoring

Ma'agalim mentors formulate personal connections with the youth under their supervision. In collaboration with the teachers and educational staff at the high school, mentors meet with students on a regular basis, and offer a listening ear and guidance, alongside a meaningful, long-term relationship.

2. Regular Class Meetings

During the class meetings, the Ma'agalim mentor introduces important topics of conversation, based on the organization's goals and objectives. Students are encouraged to participate, share their opinion and find creative solutions together, as well as learn about possible ideas and operative tools from their mentor and classmates. We often recommend the teachers participate in these meetings to further strengthen their connection with the students.

3. Educational Experiences

We believe educational experiences outside of the school settings are a crucial and beneficial part of the process. That is why we've created an interactive program which includes workshops, seminars, conferences and meetings with senior military officers and professional executives. By participating in these activities, students develop a sense of pride and accomplishment, and are exposed to valuable, enriching content.

4. Staff Involvement

Our approach believes that by joining forces with the educational teams, our mentors will be able to provide added value and support to the skills and assets taught at school. Our programs require the full cooperation and involvement of the educational staff, teachers and teams
