CEO For the Day Program
Ma'agalim's work doesn't end with high school graduation. One of our main objectives is providing our alumni with employment, higher education and personal training after military service.
The CEO for the Day initiative connects between Ma'agalim alumni and senior executives. The participants come into the office and spend a day with a leading CEO. They get a chance to ask questions, learn about their day-to-day and about the company, and receive priceless advice. Some meetings will also include a tour of the company/factory, market analysis, conference participation and other factors that can inspire the participants and provide them with insight into managerial and leadership positions.
