Vision
At Ma’agalim, we believe that every young person has the potential to build a meaningful and successful future- regardless of the circumstances into which they were born.
We work with at-risk youth across Israel’s social and geographic periphery, many of whom face economic, family, and social challenges. Through long-term mentorship and meaningful relationships, we help young people recognize their strengths, build confidence, develop essential life skills, and believe in their potential.
Our vision is to break cycles of disadvantage and create lasting change by empowering young people to become confident, independent, and contributing members of society who positively impact their families and communities.
At the heart of our work is a simple belief: when someone believes in you, you begin to believe in yourself.
For more than 25 years, Ma’agalim has transformed the lives of over 40,000 graduates across Israel.
